if you aren't getting the better health results that you crave and you're doing all sorts of things you know you're trying from a food standpoint from a supplement standpoint you're reading your googling you're doing exercise if you aren't getting the right results you are doing something wrong or rather you could be doing something better you know I became a dietician 20 years ago because I realized that in order to get better health results even myself that there's something that I had to do differently it wasn't about the food I was taking in it wasn't about the beverages it wasn't about my fitness it wasn't about any of those pieces mine was about my health status and and in fact it was about my prior health the fact that I had been on so many antibiotics as a kid that I needed to learn how to heal my digestive system and so that actually meant some supplements as well as changing up my food for a period of time but not too much and actually bringing back a lot of my favorite foods when I got my digestive system better I got better and I've been able to keep my better health powered by better nutrition ever since then today if you are not getting better results there's a reason you probably haven't had your total nutrition assessed assessment of your total nutrition means looking at your food beverages supplements your skin care often as well as your medications and even your current health status anything about your environment maybe anything that you've changed I'm going on it's it's actually a big list the nice part about the fact that it's a big list is that I've taken 20 years of work and I've taken that big list and I put them into basic nutrition tools that are just one page long so on one page sometimes on two depending on the topic I ask you questions about what foods you're eating how much you're having of them how often you're having them then I ask you about your supplements and then I also will ask you about your some questions about yourself as well as your health status and then at the end I give you my recommendations and my recommendations may include things like using one of my better nutrition menus or working on a particular you know making an exchange certain foods or increasing something from a supplement or removing something else from a supplement but the goal there is to provide you with different ways that you can help get better results based on your specific assessment so stop wasting time stop wasting money stop not getting the better health results that you're craving you know it's just like investing in anything if you're going to invest in the stock market you want to know what are the better investments I am going to tell you because for 20 years I've used these tools this assessment in order to get my patients the better health results 20 years of evidence that using better nutrition tools delivers better nutrition results and that's what I want for you so I hope that you will join me over at AshleyKoffApprovedcom there are free assessments on there every month you can check out like a better nutrition evaluation is there for you to download and be able to do and start there
