Servings: 16 ounces
Peel lemons carefully and place in a mason jar. Use a plastic lid, as vinegar can corrode metal lids.
Add vinegar so that peels are completely covered. Use a spoon to push peels down into the jar if needed.
Cover with lid and let sit for a minimum of two weeks.
Strain the lemon vinegar through a mesh sieve or cheesecloth and discard peels (run them through your garbage disposal to deodorize it!).
Add the vinegar to a 16 ounce spray bottle. Fill the rest with pure water and shake gently.
Use as you would an all-purpose cleaner.
